Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be included.

  • Products must not show signs of wear, damage, washing, alteration, or misuse.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened, worn, or used.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, colour, or style, please return the original item in accordance with this Returns & Refunds Policy and place a new order for the desired product.

This allows us to process orders and returns as efficiently as possible.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may be required before the funds appear in your account.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item received is faulty

  • The wrong item was supplied

  • The item arrives damaged

If a return is approved due to an error on our part, we will provide an appropriate solution at no additional cost to the customer.
